2003 Honda Odyssey turn signal and hazard light stopped working suddenly. I checked the fuses but they’re OK. ?
You can also check out the relay which is under the driver’s side dash. The turn signals and hazard lights share the same relay.
just worry about the gas pedal , brakes and steering
Is getting a sunroof installed a safe investment?
I just bought a 2008 honda civic coupe, but it doesnt have a sunroof. I want one in that car, and I know people install them, but the only time I’ve really heard of people doing that, its been complaints because it leaks or something is wrong with it. Are they ok to get installed? And about how much price wise will I be looking at? Rough estimate.
I am in the same situation.I bought a new coupe and apparently if you want a sunroof you also have to get automatic trans which i didnt want.I would say getting a sunroof installed would cost anywhere from about $700 to $1500, depending where you go and what you want.I decided against it due to both the cost, and the fact that I don’t want to run the risk of leaks ruining my interior.I guess maybe just wait til you get a new car and try to get one with a moonroof.Sucks to not have one, since they make your interior feel a bit more roomy, but oh well, life goes on.
I wouldnt do it they almost asways leak. Cost wise I dont kno but not cheap at all. I mean if you really REALLY want the sun roof trade it in but I dont see the point in going through all that trouble just for a sun roof. I have one and yes they are nice but like I said IT LEAKES!. I have to park at a upward angle everytime it rains so it doesnt leak in and when the snow would melt on top of my car in winter it would also leak in so I always had to take the snow off the roof. Plus as stupied as it sounds some people dont like sun roofs so you could lower the value of your car
I would say it’s not worth it.
Honda civic with a hook sticking out front bumper?
what are they and whys it there like ive seen them mostly on boosted civic hatch’s
It’s a tow hook to make it look like a race car, since it’s too slow to be a race car.
that is for towing your car
What is the difference between coilover springs and coilover kits?
I was wondering what the difference in coilover springs and coilover kits are?
Coilovers springs is a set hieght ex 1".
Coilover kits are adjustable ex 1" all the way adjustable to 6" drop
Coilover springs are junk. They use a slip on sleeve that slides around your stock or other aftermarket damper and uses a threaded perch to allow you to adjust the ride height. This can allow you to use coilovers to lower your car as much as you want on the stock dampers.Cheaper, but is also the cause of a bouncy, uncomfortable and rough ride.
Coilover kits are complete coilovers. These are special dampers that have a threaded body for height adjustment, and also the damper valving is matched to the spring rates.Plus, you can usually adjust the damper settings to make it more comfortable or more firm for lower ride heights. These are significantly more expensive, especially if you get good quality ones, but will hold up better, and will ride and drive substantially better.
Example.
Ground Control, Dropzone=coilover springs
Cusco Zero-2R/2E, Tein FLEX, KW Variant=coilover kits.
What a/c parts do I need for my honda?
I got a 1994 Honda civic hatchback and it came with no a/c at all so what are ALL the parts I need to put a/c in my car. Thanks
if you dont have any parts what so ever, then u will need the a/c compressor,a/c condensor, both a/c lines, probrably the a/c fan, and also you might want to check if they have the acumulator ( small aluminum bottle next to condensor fan. They probrably used the car for racing thats why they removed the a/c unit to get more power out of the motor and make it a little bit faster. So u might still need a few parts althought they might have left the small radiator inside the dash that looks like the heater core but its for the a/c.
Installing 03-05 honda accord spoiler on a 06-07 honda ccord possible?
Is it Possible to Install a 03 -05Honda accord Lighted Rear Wing( spoiler ) onto a 06-07 model Honda accord. If Yes Would a body shop store No how to install it?
well is it the stock spoiler? if it’s not please don’t add a huge ricer spoiler on a family car; no offense. anyway some are held on by simple adhesive tape and you can take them off with adhesive remover or by gently pulling them off. The tape can be a pain to remove and it might need a tool call an eraser wheel which won’t hurt the paint but it will take the tape off. sometimes it will come off with some regular adhesive remover.
that gonna be ugly man,,,,wingless look way better on 06-07 accord
What size rims and help with tire size?
i need help i have a 2006 honda civic hybrid and it has 16×6 wheels and im wanting too put 18×7.5 rims on there but the thing is i was wonding if it would rife the same and would they still rub hurry please the stock rims are going too drive me crazy lo thank you for answer
The stock rims for the hybrid are designed the way they are for aerodynamics and fuel efficiency…but you’re in luck because those 18×7.5" rims will fit without rubbing issues.
Installing a set of heavy, oversized wheels and very low profile tires which will require higher inflation pressures is going to ruin the ride. There is nothing you can do about that. But people don’t put ridiculous oversized wheels on a car because they care about the ride. They do it to compensate for a small penis.
They will fit fine but its gonna effect ur ride bigger rims means smaller tires.
Can a honda civic 2005 ex drive from San Jose to San Diego round trip?
about to bring this car for trip from SJ to SD,,need some suggestion,, it has 77k miles on it right now
yes thats not as far as you think, give it an oil change, make sure its tuned up, personally I would ask my mechanic to inspect the vehicle and tell him you are taking about a 1,500 mile round trip, look it over and give me a call and let me know if you find any issues that need attention. Keep in mind, that stop and go driving where you live, is far worse on a car than a nice easy cruise, the freeway will be easy on your car compared to stop and go traffic, so as long as the timing belt or chain hods together and you keep gas, oil and coolant in the car it should be just fine. Use a good grade of gas, like chevron with techron, this will keep the fuel injection clean, the car will run great if you stick some super unleaded in it and get on the freeway, have fun.
Yes, there’s no reason it shouldn’t. I have a Civic with over 280,000 miles on it and it has no real problems.
It should be able to.Are you talking about on one tank of gas?
